If you look at the actual conditions in Germany, regardless of the pandemic, you can congratulate some countries in the world - which, by the way, are mocked by Germany of all places - on the human rights situation in their countries.
If manipulation, fraud, violation of law are convicted, it is useful for a true democracy and true rule of law, but in Germany one makes oneself the target of those "in power". In a true constitutional state it should actually be possible to expose the inadequacy and iniquity of those responsible without self becoming the hunted. If the German state fails, every means seems to be right for it. This extends to all areas of life and to all levels.
Imagine you have an exemplary curriculum vitae and start your own work. It is known that financial assistance is required to get started. The support is approved by the bank. Your are busy with your own work without being able to imagine or suspect what is being prepared and going on behind your back from Eastern Germany (Former GDR). A cascade of manipulation and illegality begins. You convict those involved at the highest levels. Instead of getting to the bottom of the misdeeds of those from the own ranks, an avalanche of arbitrariness begins against you. You are demonstrably bullied and harassed in all areas of life, including at work.
You are neither intimidated nor impressed by this. All of these attempts fail. What happens then ist unbelievable, but true: Anything that can go wrong, manipulative and illegal, you prove that against those responsible of authorities and judiciary. But the "costs" for "proceeding" are collected from you. There are also "costs" that even have not yet existed, there are collected from you. Complaints bring nothing.
You do not get your fee. Your wages are forwarded to the central payments authority in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern (Former GDR). The conditions in the this "central payments authority" are unimaginable.
You are working. The "central payments authority" from Mecklenburg-Vorpommern (former GDR) gets your wages. The "financial accounting" of the Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians (public law institution) does not comply with the contract with you and the bank. Agreements are not respected. Instead of ensuring law and order here, bullying demonstrably begins. Because you are right and those "in power" have demonstrably violated the law and order.
There is an assignment agreement. This contract is kept secret by the Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians (ASHIP) and four-figure sums go to Mecklenburg-Vorpommern (Former GDR). All your attempts to ensure law and order fall on deaf ears. You have not seen a wage for months. Your wages go to Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.
How it has been tried, even retrospectively, to cover up the incidents and fraud at the Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians (Institution of public law) is just shameful.
To give an example: Journal excerpts from financial accounting are manipulated and completely unclean. Again, money has disappeared at the ASHIP and on the part of those involved is demonstrably cheated. Those involved are convicted.
The ASHIP has been specifically asked several times to present the account statements precisely, because the ASHIP beats around the bush, demonstrably lies and has still not provided any evidence.
