From 06/24/2013 to 08/02/2013 it is holiday time. Efforts in advance are unsuccessful.
Ultimately, there is necessarily submitted application to the court. Nothing happens. The matter is being delayed. The first 3 weeks of the vacation are now over. Children and a parent have holiday, but the children are handed over from morning to evening at a care center in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.
On July 12th, 2013, the Ministry of Justice is asked to help. On July 17th, 2013 the Ministry of Justice informed that the matter is immediately forwarded to the „supervisor“ auf the accused judge. Nothing else is happening. Nobody cares. Inquiries and requests fall on deaf ears.
On the penultimate day of the holidays, on 31.07.2013, the aforementionend "superior" sends out a letter and would like to have a "file number".

That’s not all. About half a year later, those accused want to make a "decision". The application is "rejected" on the grounds that the holidays are over now. The costs are enforced.
