There are various irregularities and Infringements occurred between Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians Schleswig-Holstein and the State Central Bank of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern (Former GDR). Agreements are not adhered to. Efforts and clarifications fall on deaf ears with those responsible. The adventurous actions of those involved are skilfully not investigated.
The Director of the court Mr. D. Hengelhaupt and a Mrs. S. Hamdorf are responsible at the social court in Kiel. They are more busy covering up the incidents. It is only "worked" in one direction.
On November 11th, 2019, the court is informed:
1. Inspection of files is still pending.
2. The affidavit at the court is missing.

The director of the social court and his accompaniment distort the facts. What they talk and what they write about makes no sense and is demonstrably wrong. Documents and various letters are withheld too.
On November 20th, 2019, is therefore applied for inspection of the court files.
On December 5th, 2019, the court was reminded of this, without success.
On December 19, 2019, the court is contacted again and asked for access to the file. Nothing happens again.
On January 29th, 2020, Mr. Hengelhaupt writes a letter from Kiel to Hamburg, post it on January 30th, 2021 (February 1st and 2nd is the weekend). He writes: The files are have to be inspected by February 5th, 2020 (The date on which his letter is received).

So then "decisions" were made in favor of the authority.
This is how courts “work”, here even a “social court”, in Germany.
Legal security should actually be a feature of a constitutional state.
