Misery, criminal energy, lack of standard and uncultured behavior seem to be the trademarks of those responsible in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.
The state parliament of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern is currently making headlines with alcohol excesses and wild party nights in the state parliament.
Responsible is a Mr. Armin Tebben.
What should one think of such a fedral state?
A former police commissioner (Birgit Hesse) and later head of the "district" of Northwestmecklenburg (Former GDR) is now the "President of the State Parliament" of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.
Ms. Birgit Hesse is demonstrably convicted of lying.

Since Ms. B. Hesse has been trying to evade accountability for years, she is being held accountable in court.
On January 29th, 2021, Ms. Birgit Hesse received the legal order from the court to submit her answer on the facts and her escapades as well as all administrative files to the court within one month.

Both the testimony of Ms. Birgit Hesse and the demonstrably official files are missing within the period set by the court. That doesn't interest the "independent judge" (a Mr. Voetlause) at the "court".
It should be noted that during this time you will be harassed and coerced almost every day by the same people from Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.
The proceeding against Ms. B. Hesse are deliberately delayed by 16 months. Nobody cares about the deadlines and requests from the court. Responsible at the Administrativ court in Schwerin is a Mr. Voetlause. It is also not the first time that Mr. Voetlause & Co. have drawn attention to themselves with such actions.
Both the testimony of Ms. Birgit Hesse and the demonstrably official files are still missing. At the same time, you are being harassed and coerced almost every day by the same people from Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. Complaints about inactivity are bypassed by Mr. Voetlause at the court.
Finally, you address the public. Only then, after 16 months, those involved come under pressure and “something happens” there.

Those involved, Birgitt Hesse and Armin Tebben, demonstrably shamelessly lie and cheat:
1. You verifiably contact Ms. Birgitt Hesse several times, e.g. on January 8th, 2021.
2. Of course, you have also verifiably contacted those involved in advance.

Ms. Birgit Hesse is sued.
But Ms. Birgit Hesse continues to try to evade accountability for lies, illegal & criminal acts of her own and her own ranks and for (to put it just very mildly) harassment and torture of under-age children and sends the pitiable Armin Tebben forward.
The evidence against Birgit Hesse are overwhelming. It is absoulty shamefull when one observes such conditions at the level of a "state parliament".
The lies of those involved continue.
Again, we're talking about a "president" and a director of a state parliament in Germany, here Mecklenburg-West Pomerania (Former GDR).

If even this position is that dirty, what to make of the rest?
Birgit Hesse and Armin Tebben are asked to confirm their whole statements under oath.
Both shy away from it.
Why?
Because they demonstrably lie.
You are harassed, coerced and blackmailed almost every day by the same people involved. You defend yourself and also hold Birgit Hesse accountable. This would nullify all the shameful actions of those involved. As a result, Ms. Birgit Hesse will find herself in an even deeper crisis.
An "independent" Mr. Voetlause, who has a number of other escapades, is responsible at the administrative “court“.

Then those accused want to see “no need for legal protection”. The creatures from Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania do not want to see any unreasonable conditions for you.

As a citizen, you have evidence for harassment and torture of minors, abuse of authority and for corruption against Birgit Hesse. Ms. Birgit Hesse and Mr. Armin Tebben ("State Parliament of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania"/Former GDR) have to face this evidence.
It is shameful to see how the accused tried for years and still try to evade responsibility.
Birgit Hesse is the policewoman from Wismar (Former GDR). Birgit Hesse is the said "district administrator" from Northwest Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania (Former GDR). You can also prove any mischief and illegality against Birgit Hesse.
