In other parts of Germany, the State is responsible for fighting crime. In Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania (Former GDR) it is more likely that the citizen has to fight the crime of those involved in the state institutions.
A parallel justice system, so to speak, has been established through demonstrable manipulation and fraud. "Controllers" are those who are themselves in trouble and answerable for their misdeeds. They have an easy ride.
As already explained, everything that can be lazy, manipulative and illegal kann be proven to those involved. These have consequences for those involved. They do not get to the bottom of them, but will take arbitrary actions against you that can be proven to have no legitimacy, authority or legal basis. Not only that, among other things, you will also be prevented from accessing the evidence to the detriment of those involved and at your advantage.
To give a concrete example:
On May 10, 2021 you ask for inspection of files.

Months pass and despite reminders nothing happens. You contact the responsible ministry. Only then by a letter dated August 12th, 2021, the police station will get in touch with you on August 13th, 2021 and inform you that they have forwarded your application to the "Public Prosecutor's Office".
On the same day, August 13, 2021, you inform the police department that the parties involved can coordinate and must comply with your request as soon as possible.
You will then receive the following letter from the police which tells letters from the police with all the information and file number are forwarded by the police to the "public prosecutor's office in Schwerin" on the same day.

The requested access to the files has serious consequences for those involved, especially for a Mrs. Pohl from the public prosecuter office of Schwerin, who is in realy troubles. What's happening now?
That's what Frau Pohl wrote to you under the letterhead of a "public prosecutor's office" in Germany.

That's a lie.
However you contact the police station immediately ask them to help the helpless Mrs. Pohl.

While you are harassed and forced by the same people almost every day, your are application and request will be delayed. In November and December 2021 you contact once again the Ministry, describe the matter in detail and ask for a remedy.
On January 17, 2022, dated January 10th 2022, the following letter from Mr. Robert Krüger from the responsible ministry will be sent to you.

Mr. Robert Krüger from the ministry bypasses the core issue again. Apart from that, the content of his letter is demonstrably wrong. He also has no overview, does not understand the facts at all. There was also no case number given by the "public prosecutor's office". That's not the point too.
On May 10, 2021, you contacted those involved.
Almost 10 months have passed and to date nothing has happened while you are being bullied, harassed and coerced by the same parties.
