Whether it is true or not cannot be verified. Some of those involved in the "judiciary" in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania (Former GDR), including those responsible in Schwerin, are said to be not only fraudulent, but also right-wing extremists.
Recently, the ARD (a television channel) reported that the neo-Nazis in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania (Fomer GDR) came from the middle of the society, such as "Lawyers", "police members" etc.
Imagine that those involved from Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania (Former GDR) are demonstrably taking unlawful action against you, even without any competence. A file number will be announced by the court. The assignment remains unclear. The court is asked for clarification, without success. Another file number is announced, which cannot be assigned either. Here, too, the regional court is asked for clarification, without success.
It should be noted that this information is absolutely essential for defense purposes.
Weeks later, a letter was received from a judge named Burger. He has behaved unusually and irregularly several times in the past. Here too, he leaves clarifications and file numbers unknown and unexplained. As before, those involved are demonstrably cheating and various inconsistencies are kept secret. It goes on for weeks.
If there is a possible impartiality of a judge and the principle of a fair trial does not seem to be guaranteed (rule of law), the judge must be rejected. From the rejection to the decision about it, the judge is NOT allowed to act.
With the rejection application of November 18th, 2021, the reasons and escapades of those involved are listed in detail and submitted to the court. That means that Mr. Burger is not allowed to take action.
What is Mr. Burger doing?
He simply conceals the rejection application and acts. He also issues a "decision" against you. He is still silent about the application and passes the matter on unnoticed to the other court. This is forbidden and illegal in Germany. The whole “trial” and its “verdict” are against the law. Since there is no getting through in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, those responsible at the federal level are involved and appropriate evidence are presented to them.
Mr. Burger is convicted.

A person, Sigrun Meermann, is responsible at the district court. On January 19th, 2021, she writes that the application had been addressed and sent to the local court.

After Mr Burger made the application for rejection of 18 November 2020 disappear, acted unlawfully and had already issued a 'judgment', he would like to "decide" afterwards on the application for rejection retrospectively on 26 January 2021.
