Elsewhere in Germany, the state is responsible for fighting crime. In Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania (Fomer GDR), it seems that you as a citizen have to fight crime through actors in state institutions and draw the state's attention to it.
To give specific examples:

2. In this case too, those involved do not even have any jurisdiction over you. Theres is also no legitimation and no basis. In Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, those involved do not need fear anything because nobody asks there.The content of the letter sent to you is demonstrably incorrect. You immediately contact those involved and asks for that.
You will receive the following letter from the parties involved.

3. Later you will receive the following letter.

In Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania everyone can do whatever they want.
There is no controller?
4. Access to the documents is prevented. An “oral hearing” takes place. You ask for the report of the "oral hearing" and request to be sent.
Then comes the following letter:

(MV55: Those involved write; Excerpts from the file will only be sent for a fee)
4a) There are no legal fees for sending the protocol of the oral hearing.
4b) Otherwise you have not yet received a "fee request".
Why are those involved dependent on such actions?
Because the actions of those involved are demonstrably completely arbitrary, fundamentally wrong and inadmissible.
Who would want to get involved with such people and “courts”?
