Hamburg seems to be suffering from a kind of nepotism that has developed in recent years.
What is the situation in the individual authorities and district offices?
For years, those involved have been trying to cover up their misconduct, illegal actions, false statements and deception in connection with several specific cases.
To give concrete examples:
1. You as a parent want comprehensive information about your children.
Because on October 2nd, 2012, three underage children were illegally, planed long time in advance and in a highly criminal manner transported from Hamburg to East Germany (fascist territory near Jamel) by a group of East German antisocials, criminals, and neo-fascists and hidden there in
Bussardweg
(Wismar).
At the respective point, the matter is either being deliberately delayed or responsibility shifted back and forth. Later you either get lame excuses or incomplete and evasive answers. An example:

(HH30: "You would like information about who registered your children in Hamburg and when? Your children have been deregistered from Hamburg on 19th of Oktober 2012 for the 09th of Oktober 2012 . The retention periods have expired. We can not provide more information.")
There is solid evidence of highly criminal activities and a planned child abduction.
And the Hamburg Public Prosecutor's Office?
It is burying its head in the sand and is blind and deaf.
Why?
Because those involved in these highly criminal activities came and come from within their own ranks.
Outrageous and scandalous.
Yes, we're talking about Germany.
Why do those involved cite such acts?
Because the actions of those involved were and are demonstrably criminal, fundamentally wrong, and unlawful.
It must be said that we now have over nine different versions and completely contradictory statements from various authorities. The subsequent events also resemble a circus.
It should be noted that there are now more than 9 different variants and completely contradictory information from different places. The following processes are suitable for a circus.

2. Upon receipt of document HH30, you dig deeper and ask specific and legitimate questions.
Again you get incomplete and evasive answers:
(HH36: As already communicated, your children were deregistered from Hamburg on ... The notification was made on ... . The retention periods have expired. We can't tell you more.")

Because the actions of those involved were and are demonstrably fundamentally wrong, inadmissible and illegal.
Responsible supervisors are a Mr. Thomas Specht and a Mr. Christian Block.
3. After receiving the document HH36, you dig again deeper, ask specific and valid questions and confront those responsible with facts. Again, you get an incomplete, evasive and now kind of blocked letter.

(HH46: Those responsible write: As already communicated, your children were deregistered from Hamburg on ... . The retention periods have expired. We can't tell you more. Your questions have been “answered“. The employee considers the matter “closed.“).
However, you have demonstrably neither received the information nor have your inquiries been answered.
4. You confront Mr. Christian Block and Mr. Albrecht (both from the Altona District Office) again with facts and documents as well as proven illegal and criminal acts by those involved, including the authorities.
That's how shamelessly they send you the next lame excuse:

Mr. Christian Block and Albrecht inform you that your children have been deregistered from Hamburg to ... . However, the gentlemen are still skilfully trying to circumvent the core topic, to where (address) exactly your children have been deregistered. That's exactly what you're asking those involved.
Again, this is only about the address of your children, where according to Mr. Albrecht (see below HH30, HH36, HH46, HH47) they were deregistered from Hamburg to ... .
Mr. Albrecht & Co. continue to try to evade responsibility, because fear consequences for themselves.
5. What is happening now on the part of Mr. Albrecht & Co. is for a comedy hour.
Mr. Albrecht writes that you asked "for the address of the registration office". He would have "researched this on the internet". "Now you can make your further inquiries there".

It should be noted at this point that the parties involved have all the information demonstrably available.
How ridiculous are those involved making themselves and why are those involved dependent on such actions?
Because the actions of those involved were and are demonstrably fundamentally wrong, inadmissible and illegal.
6. The responsible supervisory authority is the authority for science, research, equality and districts, Gänsemarkt 36, in 20354 Hamburg, which has now been contacted.
The responsible senator is Ms. Katharina Fegenbank. She is contacted.
While you are as a citizen bullied and harassed by the same people every day (even and still today!), the senator has remained inactive to this day.
She was reminded.

Ms. Senator has still remained inactive. On March 18th, 2023, she is now reminded of the request again and asked for help again. Even after that, she was contacted several times and asked to remedy the situation, but without success.
If those involved and the responsible senator have nothing to hide, why don't they put all their cards on the table?

The Federal Constitutional Court in Karlsruhe has been informed and involved too.
Is it dangerous to live in Germany if you know too much and are a witness of highly criminal processes by the authorities and the judiciary?
