You will therefore submit an urgent application to the court in the GDR, the "Local
Court" in the Former GDR, on May 23rd, 2025, which will be delivered in advance by fax on the same day (May 23, 2025). This letter will be delivered to the above-mentioned group by registered mail with return receipt on June 2, 2025.
